Control Panel Overview
The Control Panel, our online account management tool, offers BlueCentral customers the ability to access their account details and manage their accounts online.
Key Control Panel Features enables customers to:
- Keep abreast of the latest in BlueCentral news including latest technical and security advice
- Update their contact details any time
- Specify key people in your organisation for us to contact with regards to billing, account administration and technical support
- Configure email addresses for new employees for retrieval directly from our servers via POP or IMAP, or forward to an alternate email address
- Configure auto reply messages for your email to inform your customers and suppliers of important messages
- Manage all BlueCentral services under their account
- Manage domain DNS zone files
- Pay and view invoices online
- Monitor bandwidth usage
