1. What is the BlueCentral Partner program?
The BlueCentral Partner Program is a channel partner program operated by BlueCentral. The BlueCentral Partner program comprises of three tiers and two engagement models. Partners participate depending on their business model and their level of commitment to BlueCentral.
2. How do I engage with BlueCentral?
You may participate in the BlueCentral Partner program either as a referral partner or as a reseller partner.
Our referral stream is set up for those who wish to simply refer their customers to BlueCentral. We will deal directly with the customer with regards to pre-sales, billing and support.
Our reseller stream is set up for those who wish to retain ownership of their customers operating on a wholesale basis. As such, the reseller will be responsible for billing and first line support, although we may still be involved in pre-sales upon request.
3. What are the different BlueCentral Partner Program levels?
The different levels of the BlueCentral Partner program includes Reseller or Referral partner.
4. How do I qualify for the different tiers?
BlueCentral Partners will all begin as Authorised Partners. As the level of your commitment to BlueCentral increases and you become more successful in driving recurring revenues from promoting our services to your customers, you may become eligible to become a Silver and/or Gold Partner.
We measure the levels through these criteria:
Quality - Deployed adequate and effective support and operational infrastructure and have demonstrated a track record of delivering suitable solutions that deliver value to end customers.
Commitment - Demonstrated a broad commitment to BlueCentral; this may include proactive marketing activities, use of BlueCentral services internally and other such measures.
Revenue - To be awarded the Silver partnership, partners must typically be generating or referring at least $50,000 of recurring revenue per annum. To be awarded the Gold partnership, partners must typically be generating or referring at least $100,000 of recurring revenue per annum and growing at 50% plus per annum.
5. Do I always remain at the one level?
No, we will monitor the development of your business quarterly and review your status within the program accordingly.
6. What are the specific benefits that I receive being a BlueCentral Partner?

7. When and how will I receive benefits from the BlueCentral Partnership?
You will receive the benefits right away with commissions reports issued monthly to referral partners and discounts provided at source for reseller partners - even for your own domain, hosting, voice & broadband services.
8. What is the BlueCentral Partner Portal?
As a BlueCentral Partner, you have access to online tools and Partner specific information. We provide our Partners with a range of sales, marketing, support and provisioning information.
9. Who are BlueCentral Partners?
The channel is varied and includes ISPs, Systems Integrators, PBX/Phone System Resellers, Web Designers and Business Consultants from all around Australia. We engage with them in a fresh, positive and supportive manner, providing access to human resources and supporting systems including our online usage and billing tools and our BlueCentral Partner web site.
10. How do I become a BlueCentral Partner?

11. Do I have to pay a fee to join?
No, you are not required to pay a join up fee, when joining the BlueCentral Partner program.
12. Which BlueCentral products and services can I on-sell?
As a BlueCentral Partner, you can sell any of our products from the dedicated hosting, Colocation, shared web hosting, seo / sem, business email or domain names range.
13. Once I sign up, how long do I remain a BlueCentral Partner?
If you are meeting the commitments of the Partner level you are participating in, you can remain a BlueCentral Partner for as long as you want to!
14. Can I sign up as a Partner for the second time?
Yes you can. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement should your account remain completely dormant in terms of new customers for 12 months or more. If this has happened you may still re-apply for membership in the future.
If you have different companies that have shareholders or directors in common then you may also wish to apply for one to become a referral partner and the other to become a reseller partner. This is perfectly acceptable.
