The Portal Benefits
When you sign up as a BlueCentral Partner, we provide you with access to our Partner Portal. This unique online tool can be used to access a range of sales, support and provisioning information. Through our CRM system your customers can even access some of our online tools – all branded with your own logo and company name.
It also includes:
- Download sales and marketing material
- Access Partner and Service Level Agreements
- Check service availability
- Look up RRP or wholesale pricing
- Place orders online
- View usage reports (also available via e-mail)
- Download billing data (CSV)
- Check sales and technical notifications (also available via e-mail)
- Log technical support incidents
